This S-scale freight terminal has a footprint of 18" x 6" x 6" tall.  Add 1-1/2" to the 6 inch dimension for the supplied loading dock.  Most of the work has already been done for fast, easy assembly.  This two story terminal building is great for transferring goods between trains or train and trucks.  With a bit of imagination, this structure can become a factory, warehouse or whatever you desire.

All details shown are included in this kit, such as loading dock, 3 roof air conditioners, 8 vent turbines, 2 heat vents, electric meters, rain drains and full color signs.  Also included is our popular set of crates for the loading dock.  Now revised with doors on the tall end for even more flexibility.
